There is one application on the market that claims to be able to transfer all mail and folder structure, it fails on both counts with only a few messages and no folder structure.

How is this a suggestion??
Furthermore, Pegasus offers the MBOX mailbox format, and as such mails can already be converted using many converters, including Email Detail Migrate.
