choose replacement character for illegal chars

A setting to choose if you want illegal characters (as in: illegal to use in filenames) to be removed, or replaced by another character of your own choice (currently it is hardcoded to an underscore).

Also, the ability to including unicode chars in the list of illegal characters. Thus, limiting the legal filename characters to the standard ascii set.
